Japanese Style Filet Mignon

Ingredients:
- 2 Filet mignon
- 4 tbsp wasabi
- 1 cucumber sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Slice filet mignon into very thin strips.  Spread 1 tsp wasabi onto each strip and add one thinly sliced cucumber.  Roll up meat and serve with soy sauce.
