Filet Mignon with Honey Mustard Capers

Ingredients:
- 2 Filet mignon
- 1 cup capers chopped
- 4 tbsp honey mustard
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.  Season filet mignon with pepper and salt. Sear each side of filet mignon to trap in the juices.  Reduce heat to medium and continue to grill for 3-4 minutes until desired doneness.  Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan and saute capers for 1-2 minutes and add honey mustard sauce.  Cook until soft and smooth and pour over filet mignon.  

Filet Mignon with Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 2 Filet mignon
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion sliced
- 5 sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.  Season filet mignon with pepper and salt. Sear each side of filet mignon to trap in the juices.  Reduce heat to medium and continue to grill for 3-4 minutes until desired doneness.  Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan and saute onions and mushrooms until soft.  Serve filet mignon with sauted onions and mushrooms on top. 

Spicy Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon

Ingredients:
- 2 Filet mignon
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.  In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onino powder, pepper, and olive oil.  Rub spice, oil mixture on one side of the bacon and wrap the filet mignon with the spiced bacon.  Sear each side of filet mignon to trap in the juices.  Reduce heat to medium and continue to grill for 3-4 minutes until desired doneness.  Serve with roasted red potatoes and sour cream.
