Filet Mignon with Honey Mustard Capers

- 2 Filet mignon
- 1 cup capers chopped
- 4 tbsp honey mustard
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season filet mignon with pepper and salt. Sear each side of filet mignon to trap in the juices. Reduce heat to medium and continue to grill for 3-4 minutes until desired doneness. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan and saute capers for 1-2 minutes and add honey mustard sauce. Cook until soft and smooth and pour over filet mignon.
